#authorwilliamschumpert is a Horror Author and Illustrator born and raised in Oklahoma. Horror has always been a highlight of his life. A cancer survivor since 1998, storytelling has always been his focus, even as finding a career was difficult growing up.
From grade school to college, I’ve studied art and writing. He earned a BA in Art Communications, as well as minors in Mass Communication, Development Psychology, Writers' Comp, World History, Script Writing, and Films. He wrote his first story in college (The Mansion of Bagger’s Hill, available in Vol. 1 of Fright Vault) and had work featured in Southern Nazarene University’s poetry collection. Since that time, he has written #horror and #manga. Horror and Suspence. I’ve always loved those genres.

A writer’s desk. Microphone to the side, along with my coffee mug and lamp light.
